  Upload clear photos of the product and its original packaging to ensure the items are unopened and the seals are intact for safety and hygiene standards.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the items are securely packed in their original box to prevent transit damage.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
